How the trip planner works

Planner answers are held in the current browser page and are used to generate a text file on your device. The planner does not submit these answers automatically to a business inbox, a CRM or a mailing list. Reloading or leaving the page clears the form. Anyone with access to your downloaded file can read its contents.

Choosing WhatsApp

If you select Open my brief in WhatsApp, your entered name, email, company and trip preferences are included in a link to WhatsApp to prepare a message for +256 755 548 718. WhatsApp is an external service with its own privacy terms. Review the message there and choose Send to contact RWANDA DMC. Opening the link does not confirm delivery, availability or a booking. You may instead keep the downloaded brief without sharing it.

Choosing email

If you select Email my brief, your configured email app opens a draft addressed to journeys@rwandadmc.com containing your name, email, company and trip preferences. Your email app and provider handle that draft under their own terms. Review it and choose Send yourself. Opening the draft does not confirm delivery, availability or a booking. You can keep the downloaded brief instead.

Hosting and essential information

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to serve the website. This website does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics.

Business email and future online forms

Contact email: journeys@rwandadmc.com. A business contact address, privacy contact, retention period, service providers and any required data-transfer arrangements must be published before an automatic website enquiry form is activated. For the current WhatsApp and email handoffs, share only information needed to discuss your trip, and do not include passport, payment or medical information. The team must confirm its business privacy arrangements before handling booking documents.

Booking status and commercial terms

Itineraries are indicative and depend on permits, accommodation, supplier availability and operational conditions. No quote, booking, permit hold or payment is created by downloading a brief. Written inclusions, exclusions, cancellation conditions, payment schedules and responsibility for each service must be agreed before any booking.

Park fees may change and special rates have eligibility conditions. Airline arrangements, visas, travel insurance and personal expenses are excluded unless a confirmed quotation expressly states otherwise.
